Direct primary care (DPC) is a new model of healthcare that is changing the way people access and pay for medical care. With DPC, you pay a monthly fee to your care provider, and in return, you have access to their care without having to worry about copays or deductibles.

With DPC, you can see your provider for any reason, as often as you need to. This means that you can get the care you need when you need it, without having to wait for an appointment.

Studies have shown that patients with DPC have better health outcomes than patients with traditional healthcare. This is because DPC providers have more time to spend with their patients, and they are more likely to focus on preventive care.

Our Direct Primary Care Program

If you are looking for a more affordable and convenient way to get the care you need, then DPC may be the right choice for you. Our DPC Program offers affordable rates for all ages, and has a special discounted rate for families.

All membership agreements are contracted for 12 months. Price is contracted per family member. $100.00 one time enrollment fee not included

13-18 years of age – $35.00/mo

26-64 years of age – $65.00/mo

19-25 years of age – $45.00/mo

65+ years of age – $75.00/mo

Family Plan – $150.00/mo for up to 5 family members

(each additional member $25/mo)
